I found this flower on the dune sand on a beach in Portugal. It had already dried out, but the petals were still attached. The overall style of the ring I made using the flower is deliberately quite textured. To keep the feel more organic, I did not smooth off the edges of the the shank and also added a piece of stem to one side.
